so i had to forgo DEMF this year for lack of funds. i probably could have afforded a weekend pass and had change leftover for a dr. pepper..... meh
so today i get my "economic stimulus check" and could now probably afford the weekend. but everyone is already up there thats going and is probably too late for last minute plans like this. bah humbug. why couldnt it have gotten here yesterday? or better yet thursday.
and what exactly is the economy stimulus check going to do? magically fix our tanking economy? how is the already heavily indebted federal government cutting 300-600$ checks??? it seems like a really hairbrained idea to me, and i'm bad with money. not that i'm complaining about not being broke...
